Shipping Policy

Most items will be processed and shipped within 2–3 business days unless otherwise noted. Preorder and custom items will have individual turnaround times listed in their product descriptions.

Once your package has been accepted and scanned by the shipping carrier, Her Wyld Workshop (HWW) is no longer responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or packages damaged during transit.

Shipping times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. HWW cannot control delays caused by weather, carrier issues, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your package is lost, damaged, or delayed after shipment, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request additional tracking information.
